Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in healthcare operations, business analytics, financial analysis, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance across specialties, departments, and locations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized monthly operational scorecards for all specialties and departments.
• Monitor KPIs: provider productivity, appointment utilization, patient volumes, staffing, and revenue/expenses.
