Job summary

Prime Partners seeks an experienced Healthcare Low Voltage Foreman to lead installation projects for critical life-safety systems in healthcare environments. You will oversee crews, ensure deadlines and quality, and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring strong technical expertise in fire life-safety, nurse call, and security systems, with proven leadership in healthcare construction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction and/or low voltage installation experience.
• 5+ years of experience installing low-voltage systems in healthcare facilities.
• 4+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crews, directing daily activities and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Maintain accountability for project quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Act as the main liaison with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Mentor and train technicians, fostering skill development and team efficiency.
• Oversee project reporting and provide regular progress updates.
• Enforce safety standards and handle personnel-related matters on-site.
