Job summary

Perkins&Will in Dallas is seeking an Interior Project Manager to lead design processes and manage all project aspects from scope to budget. You will coordinate teams, communicate with clients, and steer projects using Deltek, ensuring schedule and cost controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture or related discipline.
LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
Professional interiors licensure preferred, not required.
LEED AP / WELL AP / SITES AP / BREEAM AP / CPHC/CPHD / ILFI Living Future Accreditation.
8-10 years healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand and execute all aspects of the design process and project complexities.
Manage projects to ensure scope and budget are met.
Lead project teams with clear communication and collaboration.
Develop project scope, fee, budget, and services during marketing and contracting.
Maintain timely client and team communications.
Manage projects in Deltek with work plans, budgets, schedules, and changes.
Mentor staff and coordinate staffing with Operations Director.
Coordinate with clients, partners, and consultants to resolve issues.
