Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Testing Senior Integration Architect to lead interface testing and integration validation for complex Health implementations. You will coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, drive testing readiness, and liaise with VA stakeholders and technical teams throughout the testing lifecycle.

The role emphasizes HL7 messaging, EHR data exchange, and end-to-end validation, including planning, defect triage, and go-live support.

Qualifications

3–5 years of healthcare IT, consulting, implementation, testing, or interoperability experience.
3 years of Oracle Health / Cerner Millennium implementation or integration experience.
Experience leading interface or integration testing for enterprise healthcare deployments.
Working knowledge of HL7 v2 messaging, interface concepts, and electronic health data exchange.
Experience with defect and project tracking tools such as JIRA, Remedy, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Lead interface and integration testing strategy, planning, execution, and readiness activities across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
Coordinate testing across Oracle Health teams, VA client stakeholders, third-party vendors, technical teams, and project leadership.
Identify delivery risks and blockers early; coordinate mitigation plans and escalations.
Facilitate client-facing status meetings, testing readiness reviews, defect triage, and escalation discussions.
Develop and execute interface test plans, test cases, and validation scenarios for inbound and outbound HL7 interfaces.
Coordinate testing governance and documentation standards for repeatable integration testing.
