Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Testing Senior Integration Architect to lead testing strategy and execution for complex implementations. You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions are thoroughly validated before deployment.

You will drive testing governance, oversee deployment readiness, and promote best practices across client engagements. Mentoring team members and supporting post-go-live stabilization are also part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Oracle Health implementations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, system, workflow, regression, UAT, and production validation testing.
• Design test scenarios and scripts that validate clinical workflows, interfaces, and cross-functional business processes.
• Coordinate testing activities across Oracle Health teams, client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and project leadership.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality.
• Oversee defect management, issue prioritization, and resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Ensure testing deliverables meet Oracle Health quality standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate testing readiness reviews, mock go-lives, deployment planning, cutover activities, and production go-live support.
• Provide guidance on testing tools, methodologies, governance, and best practices.
• Mentor project team members and promote continuous process improvement.
• Support post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and lessons-learned activities.
