Qualifications

• 7 years of combined IT support experience required.
• Experience in a healthcare environment is required.
• Strong problem solving for highly complex systems and data validation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carries out systems analysis and oversees design and implementation for large, complex systems.
• Schedules work of analysts and provides technical guidance and mentoring.
• Documents system design, testing, and maintenance procedures.
• Develops and maintains Disaster Recovery plans for assigned systems.
• Collaborates to define functional and non-functional requirements for new software.
• Oversees testing, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
