Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; trade certification preferred.
• Associate degree/trade cert in HVAC is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare HVAC settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment per procedures.
• Install and test new air conditioning units and systems.
• Calibrate and maintain pneumatic and electronic controls.
• Maintain tools and prepare supply requisitions.
• Weld, braze and solder on HVAC equipment as needed.
• Diagnose issues with air handling units and controls.
• Test and balance HVAC systems to meet specs.
• Support infrastructure projects and on-site work management.
