Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years experience in revenue cycle or related field preferred.
• Experience in multiple revenue cycle areas including Medicaid eligibility is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review benefits, estimate patient liability, facilitate payment arrangements and ensure compliance.
• Monitor trends and generate operational reports to support process improvements.
• Provide patient education and resolve issues to enhance financial performance and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with case management, social workers, or physician liaisons as needed.
