UNC Health Nash seeks a strategic leader to develop and guide the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Program across the UNC Health system. You will work with physicians, administrators, and service lines to implement evidence-based practices and optimize care delivery at UNC Medical Center and affiliated facilities.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience, with at least seven (7) years of management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic leadership and planning for dissemination of evidence-based medicine; lead implementation of new practices and workflow enhancements.
• Coordinate APP program development and integration across UNC Medical Center and system.
• Oversee staff levels, competency, productivity, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators and service lines to align APP program goals.
• Participate in committees related to credentialed clinical practice and medical staff governance.
• Lead APP orientation and onboarding in collaboration with departments.
