Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a highly experienced Financial Analyst Senior to join our finance team. You will provide advanced financial analysis, strategic insights, and decision support to help drive the hospital's financial success.

This role collaborates with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, oversee the annual budget, ensure accurate reporting, and identify cost-saving opportunities while adhering to healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required; Masters preferred.
CPA certification preferred (IDFPR).
5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Lead complex financial analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Analyze revenue and expense trends, variances, and KPIs to provide insights.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies for the hospital.
Oversee development, monitoring, and management of the annual budget.
Generate comprehensive reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
Develop sophisticated models to support capital investment decisions.
