• Analyze revenue and expense trends, variances, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the hospital’s mission and goals.
• Oversee the development, monitoring, and management of the hospital’s annual budget.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports for senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
