Qualifications

• Knowledge of planning principles and practices.

• Statistical, algebraic, or geometric reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop planning studies and reports for plans, programs and regulations.
• Review plans for compliance with codes and regulations.
• Prepare data visualizations, reports, and maps for analysis and presentation.
• Conduct field evaluations and develop long-range plans.
• Present detailed development proposals to government bodies.
• Coordinate public participation activities and client communications.
• Lead multiple projects and manage schedules and priorities.
