Job summary

The Haskell Company in Atlanta seeks a seasoned planner to lead planning studies and project assessments across healthcare and community development initiatives. You will develop site plans, review proposals, and present findings to clients and government bodies.

You should bring a bachelor's or master's in a relevant field, 8–15 years of experience, and strong skills in Excel, ESRI ArcGIS, and report writing.

Qualifications

• A bachelor or master degree in architecture, healthcare administration, industrial engineering, or related field (preferred).
• AICP Certification is preferred.
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in planning or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop planning studies and reports for new or updated plans.
• Review development proposals for code compliance and feasibility.
• Create graphics and maps to visualize data and findings.
• Lead client-facing meetings and present recommendations.
• Coordinate with public agencies and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to deadlines.
