Job summary

Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center is seeking a Senior Manager of Facility Operations to lead a facilities services team, oversee daily operations, and drive accreditation readiness.

You will manage budget, safety, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with system leadership to meet strategic goals. The role requires strong leadership, 2–4 years of supervisory experience in facilities, and the ability to interpret blueprints and codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facility management or equivalent education/experience.
• Two to four years of leadership experience in facilities services/management.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications and related contract/regulatory documents.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, materials and standards.
• Strong math abilities for cost, budgets and schedules.
• Ability to work independently and lead department operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software programs.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, conducts evaluations, and directs workflow for staff.
• Directs work assignments and mentors staff to achieve goals.
• Ensure safe, efficient and compliant operation of department services.
• Manage department budget, cost projections and related activities.
• Develop protocols for compliance and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with system and facility leadership on initiatives and goals.
• Lead in rapidly changing situations and support senior leadership decisions.
