Job summary

Beacon Health System is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee daily operations of the maintenance and facilities department, aligning goals with the organization’s direction. You will ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective facilities services across multiple locations, coordinating with vendors and staff to maintain high reliability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field, with facilities experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six years in maintenance/operations or facilities management of a large facility.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, NFPA, and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees staffing, budgeting, scheduling in FM.
• Manages building operations, energy management, and grounds maintenance.
• Coordinates with vendors/contractors for major projects.
• Ensures compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Acts as liaison with associates, vendors and customers.
