Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and determine priority and actions.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, painting and HVAC tasks.
• Maintain building temperature control within set parameters.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and key control; coordinate security access systems.
• Oversee facility projects and ensure timely completion with proper documentation.
• Operate as the single responder for maintenance with minimal supervision.
