Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of healthcare project management or development experience.
• Experience leading large-scale healthcare projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare planning, design, construction, and regulatory processes.
• Proven budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare facility projects through planning, design, construction, and occupancy.
• Serve as strategic advisor to healthcare executives, administrators, and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and overall project performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee planning, design development, procurement, and construction activities.
• Direct contract negotiations and change-management processes.
• Prepare and present executive-level updates and performance metrics.
• Mentor and develop program managers and assistants while supporting growth.
• Promote Meadows & Ohly through industry engagement and client development.
