Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking a Senior Building Superintendent to oversee the daily operation of regional facilities, ensuring timely work orders and high safety standards. The role collaborates with support service leadership to coordinate frontline teams serving patients, staff, and visitors.

Ideal candidates will have an associates degree, hospital facilities experience, CMMS/BMS proficiency, MA HVAC/plumbing licensure, and vaccination commitment. On-site, day shift position in Fairhaven, MA.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field preferred; five years facilities experience required.
• Three years hospital facilities experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; CMMS experience required.
• Experience with building systems and Building Management Systems.
• Able to read MEP schematics and construction drawings.
• MA HVAC and/or Plumbing licensure required.
• Must be vaccinated for influenza and COVID-19 or be exempt with signed statement.

• Oversee daily operation of regional facilities and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Coordinate frontline teams with support service leadership to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain standards for patients, employees, and visitors across facilities.
