Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI solution delivery.
• Healthcare/Life Sciences analytics expertise or experience with clinical workflows.
• Hands-on Azure Machine Learning: experiments, deployment, monitoring, and integration with Azure services.
• Databricks ML, Delta Lake, MLflow, notebooks, and scalable data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of healthcare data science solutions.
• Architect and implement Azure ML workflows including model training and deployment.
• Guide Databricks-based ML solutions and productionize pipelines.
• Translate clinical questions into data science problems and partner with engineering teams to deploy solutions.
• Ensure responsible AI through bias checks, explainability, and governance practices.
• Advise clients and align AI roadmaps with business and clinical value.
