Job summary

Deloitte Consulting is seeking a Healthcare Data Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and operation of scalable healthcare data platforms and integration pipelines across claims, payments, member, provider, eligibility, medical, and pharmacy domains.

The role requires deep experience in cloud-based data products and strong leadership, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment. Travel about 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall consulting experience including Management
• 7+ years in healthcare specifically with knowledge in Medicare business
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder coordination
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing scalable healthcare data platforms and integration pipelines across multiple domains
• Deliver cloud-based data products using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, AWS, and other tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders and guide projects or workstreams to meet deadlines
