Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Data Engineer/Delivery Lead to direct complex healthcare data and analytics projects. You will mentor data engineers, analysts, and staff, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to data-quality standards.

You will translate business requirements into technical data solutions, oversee ETL/ELT processes, and design scalable pipelines using Databricks, Python, and SQL. Collaboration with clients and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; healthcare data experience preferred.
• 5+ years in data engineering or analytics, with healthcare/public sector exposure.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical delivery for healthcare data/analytics initiatives and guide engineers.
• Manage workplans, priorities, risks, and deliverables across streams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for data needs.
• Ingest, map, transform, validate, and integrate healthcare data from multiple sources.
• Design scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve data issues and constraints.
• Oversee data quality and readiness for downstream analytics.
• Lead technical discussions, communicate risks, and mentor the team.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and drive process improvements.
