Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience with complex client implementations.
• Ability to translate contracts into clear work plans, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading executive and client communications and difficult escalations.
• Working knowledge of data integration, SaaS, or cloud delivery concepts.
• PM certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM).

Responsibilities

• Lead contract intake and delivery mobilization, ensuring signed packages, outputs, commitments, and responsibilities are complete.
• Translate contracts into contract-level scope baselines, milestones, dependencies, and an integrated project plan.
• Assign work to Implementation Engineers and maintain visibility into capacity and demand.
• Manage end-to-end governance: kickoff, status meetings, milestone reviews, and closure.
• Protect scope, assess changes, and document decisions with escalation as needed.
• Lead technical quality and platform compliance, ensuring go-live readiness and handoff.
• Drive documentation, handoff, and closure with complete records and retrospective actions.
