Job summary

FTI Consulting seeks a data analytics professional to deliver healthcare-focused analytics services and develop sophisticated data models. You will analyze historical data, build dashboards, and prepare reports for clients and internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years of post-graduate experience, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with Tableau/Power BI. Travel to client sites and offices is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• Experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
• Experience using SQL and Python to collate, transform and analyze data.
• Willingness to travel to clients and offices as needed.
• Ability to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Experience delivering consulting services for healthcare clients.
• Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience collecting, aggregating and standardizing data via web scraping and PDF parsing.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day data analytics services to clients.
• Analyze and interpret historical financial, operational, and transactional data.
• Design and implement complex data models using client data.
• Design and execute analytic solutions using appropriate methods and tools.
• Support development of data assets and analytics assets.
• Prepare project documentation, visualizations, analyses, reports, and presentations.
• Interact with FTI team members, client personnel and advisors.
• Manage multiple client/internal priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Participate in training opportunities and client proposals.
• Develop analytics, models, dashboards, and KPI reporting for healthcare clients.
