Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for the HR Data & Analytics team. You will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and semantic models to support BI, reporting and decision-making across the organization.

Ideal candidates have deep SQL, data integration, data modeling and Power BI experience, and will collaborate with HR stakeholders, analysts, data scientists and tech teams to deliver reliable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of data engineering, warehousing, or BI experience.
• Experience with SQL Server, ETL/ELT, data modeling and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain enterprise data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Develop and optimize Power BI datasets and reporting architectures.
