Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Healthcare data domain experience in Claims, Membership, Clinical, Provider, or Revenue Cycle.
• Experience in data analysis, validation, profiling, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong Data Quality and Data Governance knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
