Job summary

Evio is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to join its analytics team. You’ll work with medical and pharmacy claims data to build analytics tools and deliver insights that improve outcomes and medication use.

You’ll collaborate with Evio’s clinical research, product, and technology teams to translate data into actionable recommendations. Requirements include 5+ years in healthcare data analysis for a health plan, deep knowledge of claims data, proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a healthcare data analyst at a health plan.
• Deep understanding of medical and pharmacy claims data, including claim-line-level analysis.
• Experience with large, complex databases and process automation.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain healthcare analytics tools to improve how members use medical services and medications.
• Develop and enhance real-time clinical insights tools for physicians at point of care.
• Collaborate on real‑world evidence studies using claims data representing millions of lives.
• Ingest and standardize claims data, developing ETL processes.
• Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities across teams.
