Job summary

Evio is seeking an Applied Real-World Data Scientist to lead research, analytics, and reporting for Evio Insights within our Digital Health portfolio. You will collaborate across engineering, data, and client-facing teams to uncover insights that help health plans improve access and reduce costs for high-cost medications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, real-world evidence, health economics/outcomes research, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with machine learning and advanced analytics methods (predictive modeling, forecasting, unsupervised learning/segmentation).
• Experience working with administrative claims data.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one analytical language such as Python or R.
• Experience designing analytical plans and decision-grade analyses for various use cases.
• Ability to communicate technical information to executives, analysts, actuaries, and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable analytical frameworks and automated workflows for Evio Insights.
• Identify signals, trends, utilization patterns, and anomalies to inform hypotheses and decisions.
• Apply ML and advanced analytics (predictive modeling, NLP, graph neural networks, clustering) to advance product capabilities.
• Design and execute RWE projects (observational studies, comparative effectiveness, cost/clinical outcomes).
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Develop reporting and visualizations showing impact and cost-savings potential of Evio Insights.
