Cencora is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for the Managed Services Organization to deliver business-oriented legal services, advise on healthcare regulations, and manage strategic negotiations for MSOs and physician practices.

The role requires senior legal experience, leadership of a legal team, and ability to partner with internal clients across contracts, compliance, and risk management.

Formación

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience focusing on healthcare law and MSOs.
• Experience counseling physician practices and managed services organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide business-oriented legal services and strategic counseling to MSOs and physician practices.
• Manage and mentor junior lawyers within the legal team.
• Lead significant healthcare contracts, including negotiations for MSOs and provider agreements.
• Oversee outside counsel and ensure regulatory compliance across engagements.
