Job summary

The HT Group is looking for an experienced Controller to join a growing healthcare services organization in Hackensack, New Jersey. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements. The ideal candidate should possess a CPA license, substantial healthcare accounting experience, and expertise in NetSuite ERP.

Compensation ranges from $155,000 to $175,000 base plus bonus and equity participation. The position offers hybrid work flexibility and requires strong leadership and analytical skills to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience.
• Healthcare or multi-entity accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with automation and financial systems optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities.
• Drive process improvements and scalable workflows across finance operations.
