Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare contract law or similar experience.
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and manage contracts and bids.
• Ensure agreements comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and clients.
• Monitor contract performance and manage contract lifecycle.
• Provide administrative support to the CFO.
