Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a recruiter to sign network participation agreements with physicians, hospitals and ancillary providers across a region. You will lead recruitments, ensure contracts meet objectives, and oversee provider setup for accurate claims adjudication.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in contracting or provider relations within healthcare settings, with knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare. Remote role with occasional travel; candidate must be in PA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of contracting, contract analysis, provider relations, or provider experience in a hospital or physician’s office/group setting.
• Working knowledge of State and/or Federal health care programs preferred (Medicaid, Medicare).

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop network for a region and set of providers.
• Lead assigned recruitments (physician, hospital and ancillary) and ensure complete and accurate standard contracts.
• Facilitate and oversee provider setup and contract configuration for accurate claims adjudication.
• Initiate contact and identify potential providers by geographic and specialty needs and update database.
• Coordinate with internal departments and contracted providers to implement and maintain contract compliance.
