Job summary

CORE is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Sr. Superintendent to lead on-site coordination for projects in the Flagstaff, Verde Valley, and Cottonwood regions.

You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost adherence while maintaining relationships with trade partners and clients on complex healthcare sites. The role requires supervising subcontractors in occupied facilities, reviewing drawings and submittals, and guiding teams through phased renovations with strict ICRA

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience in healthcare facilities.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience delivering large-scale healthcare projects ($10M+).
• Experience with active hospital campuses and phased renovations.
• CHC and ICRA certifications.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.
• Willingness to travel within Arizona.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
• Coach subcontractors on safe construction practices, including healthcare-specific safety and ICRA compliance
• Enforce quality control standards and ensure timely correction of subcontractor deficiencies
• Maintain and manage the project schedule, including critical path coordination
• Facilitate subcontractor coordination to minimize disruptions in active and occupied facilities
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve challenges and unforeseen conditions
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and material submittals
• Prepare daily field reports and weekly schedule updates
• Ensure compliance with CORE best practices related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost control
