Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of construction experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting federal construction projects.
• Healthcare construction experience required.
• Experience managing renovations in occupied or active facilities.
• Strong understanding of schedules, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project delivery.
• Ability to pass the USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors course.
• ASHE Healthcare Construction Certification (HCC) - ability to obtain
• USACE project experience
• Experience managing medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility projects.
• Experience with renovation and MEP-intensive construction projects.
• Experience on projects valued at $10M+
