Job summary

The Nemours Foundation is seeking a Design and Construction Project Manager to join our Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE. This role involves managing various renovation and construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and substantial experience managing healthcare construction projects. Duties include coordinating with hospital staff and managing project contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in project management at a healthcare facility.
• Professional Engineering (PE) registration or Architect certification preferred.
• Knowledge of NFPA and FGI hospital construction guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from concept to turnover.
• Establish project budgets and master schedules using e-Builder.
• Coordinate project activities with hospital associates to ensure minimal impact.
