Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, LLC seeks a Construction Manager to provide oversight and execution support for military healthcare facility projects. You will monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, review RFIs and submittals, and coordinate with construction agents and stakeholders.

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture; 5+ years healthcare construction experience; U.S. citizenship with CAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare construction experience.
• Experience managing project schedules and construction documentation.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain CAC.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and change requests.
• Coordinate with construction agents and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and activation activities.
• Participate in site visits and construction meetings.
• Develop project status reports and executive briefings.
