Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager for healthcare construction in the Baltimore, MD area. The role focuses on leading healthcare facility and corporate interior projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of commercial construction PM experience, with direct healthcare project delivery, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Direct experience managing healthcare construction projects.
• Experience with corporate interiors and commercial renovation.
• Ability to manage projects over 10,000 square feet.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction details.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate drawings, blueprints, specs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with schedule and budget.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial projects with a healthcare focus.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new business.
• Prepare project estimates, cost analyses, and competitive bid proposals.
• Procure, coordinate, and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor lead times, procurement schedules, and delivery dates.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Coordinate daily with site superintendents, architects, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Lead client progress meetings and document discussions and minutes.
• Review, track, and manage submittals, RFIs and shop drawings.
• Prepare, track, and manage change orders and change proposals.
• Prepare and manage client applications for payment, including AIA requisitions.
• Review and process subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, timelines, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee construction activities for safety, quality, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate multiple trades and resolve field issues affecting schedule, budget, or quality.
• Facilitate project closeout, including final documentation and turnover.
