Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience leading as a Superintendent on Healthcare Construction projects.
• Hands-On expertise from a vocational school, technical college, or an apprenticeship program.
• Blueprints literacy: interpret architectural, structural and site drawings.
• Fluent in English and able to understand complex instructions.
• Experience with Project Management software; Procore is a bonus.
• Reliable transportation and readiness to go on varying job sites.

• Coordinate Ops: manage Benchmark teams and subcontractors to keep field work on schedule.

• Learn and Execute: follow the game plan, manage budgets, milestones, and inspections.
• Build Relationships: serve as the client’s go-to, uphold professionalism with vendors.
