Job summary

The Founded Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for healthcare construction in Downers Grove, IL. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and lead project teams across multiple sites nationwide.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in commercial construction, with 5+ years in project management, and strong experience in GMP, estimating, and procurement. Occasional travel across the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of commercial construction experience with 5+ years in project management.
• Hands-on preconstruction experience including estimating and budgeting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, cost forecasting, and change orders.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate subs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead meetings, communicate progress, risks, and milestones to clients.
• Oversee owner billing, invoices, and cost control.
