The Founded Group is seeking a Project Engineer for healthcare construction in Downers Grove, IL. You will support planning, coordination, and execution of projects from preconstruction through closeout, working with Project Managers, Superintendents, and design professionals to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, technically capable, and prepared to travel across the United States to support healthcare facilities and occupancy

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction, general contracting, or construction management.
• Experience coordinating RFIs, submittals, procurement, and construction-related documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day administration and coordination of construction projects.
• Coordinate communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Track schedules, costs, and project milestones; support project meetings and reporting.
