Job summary

RWE Design Build in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare construction from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in commercial design-build, proficiency with Procore and MS Project, and a bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, design-build, or general contracting.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Monitor project budgets, approve invoices, manage change orders, and track financial performance.
• Conduct regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor, materials, and services.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive projects to successful completion while exceeding client expectations.
