Job summary

RWE Design Build in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage multiple projects, maintain schedules and budgets, and serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will mentor Project Managers and teams, develop solutions, and drive project planning, risk assessment, and value engineering while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Eng, Arch, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years PM experience in commercial/healthcare construction.
• Procore, MS Project, and MS Office experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and contracts.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Drive planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and execution activities.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams.
