Job summary

In this role you will coordinate with owners, architects and contractors, develop project plans, manage budgets and schedules, and oversee preconstruction activities to drive successful outcomes for complex healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Project Management Certification.
• ASHE certification or healthcare-focused education preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multiple healthcare projects through preconstruction and phases.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and leadership.
• Plan, direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Review invoices, prepare proformas, and manage project cost controls.
• Assist in marketing and developing new business through client relations.
