Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, estimates, proposals, and resources.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee construction activities, permits, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Resolve project issues and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams.
• Support business development, estimating, and budgeting activities.
