Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Senior Coding Compliance Auditor to lead detailed coding audits and monitoring activities. You will analyze findings, develop corrective actions, and support MAPs with service-line leaders, while maintaining training materials and audit records.

The role emphasizes independence, problem solving, and collaboration across teams. Remote work is available with on-site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare, acute coding, compliance, audits, or related field.
• ICD-10, DRG, CPT & HCPCS coding knowledge including Acute Outpatient and Inpatient experience.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner and/or Meditech and knowledge of revenue cycle operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and to work onsite as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Records Management or Medical Coding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed coding auditing and monitoring activities on the acute side.
• Analyze audit findings and develop actionable recommendations to mitigate risk.
• Create and maintain an Audit the Auditor program to monitor quality.
• Provide updates to Compliance leadership on audits and MAP outcomes.
• Develop and maintain training materials for audit processes and tools.
• Maintain compliance documents, records, and dashboards for leadership.
