Qualifications

• Requires 5 to 10 years of business analysis experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years writing technical specifications or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years data analysis in an IT operating environment or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and provides high-level project scope for impact and feasibility within time/cost constraints.
• Involved in determining the approach to the business analysis effort and required outcomes/deliverables.
• Gathers customer/stakeholder requirements through interviews and process workflows.
• Facilitates and documents requirements gathering sessions with business representatives and SMEs.
• Manages conflicts and escalates issues to resolve difficult problems.
• Defines and documents business requirements clearly for sign-off and technical design.
• Develops use cases and validates them with the customer.
• Collaborates with Development to identify data requirements and testing approaches.
• Creates test plans and documents results; validates output against requirements.
