Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis in an IT operating environment or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of relational concepts and healthcare domain relevance.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge and proficient querying ability.
• Two years of healthcare industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and provides high-level project scope for impact and feasibility within constraints.
• Determines appropriate approaches to the business analysis effort and defines required outcomes.
• Elicits customers' business needs through interviews and process workflows.
• Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with business SMEs.
• Manages conflicts and escalates issues to senior staff.
• Formulates probing questions and suggests practical solutions balancing business and technical needs.
• Defines and documents clear business requirements for sign-off and Technical Design Document.
• Develops use cases and validates them with the customer.
• Collaborates with Development and Design teams on data requirements and testing plans.
• Creates user and training guides and conducts training sessions.
