Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide high-level project scope for impact and feasibility.
• Document business requirements clearly to enable sign-off and design.
• Elicit stakeholders' underlying business needs and concerns through interviews and workflows.
• Collaborate with development and design teams during technical design, testing, and defect resolution.
• Create user and training guides; conduct training sessions for user groups as needed.
