Job summary

Guardian Recovery Network Holdings seeks an experienced Billing Manager to lead centralized billing for multiple nursing home facilities in Florida, ensuring accurate Medicare/Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and commercial payer submissions, and timely month-end reporting. Hands-on nursing home billing experience and PCC proficiency are required.

On-site in Hollywood, FL with a path to the North Miami area. The ideal candidate will oversee aged AR, drive revenue cycle improvements, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Demonstrated nursing home or skilled nursing facility billing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, commercial insurance, and Medicaid billing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) billing software.
• Proven experience reviewing aged accounts receivable and resolving billing issues.
• Experience with month-end billing reports and reporting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes and payer requirements.
• Analytical, organized, and able to work with a billing team to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the existing billing department to maintain accurate and efficient billing operations across multiple nursing home facilities.
• Review aged accounts receivable, identify outstanding balances, and drive timely resolution and collection.
• Monitor billing performance, identify trends and discrepancies, and improve revenue cycle processes.
• Ensure accurate billing across Medicare, Medicare Advantage, commercial insurance, and Medicaid.
• Utilize PCC to review billing activity, monitor receivables, and support reporting.
• Complete month-end billing reports and related reporting requirements on time.
• Identify billing discrepancies and reimbursement delays, working with teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve billing workflows and AR performance.
