Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Senior Report Analyst to design and develop complex reporting solutions, working with users and leaders to triage requests, define requirements and deploy high-quality reporting that meets current and future needs.

You will leverage SHC tools such as SSIS, Crystal Reports, WebI and Tableau, with SQL in Oracle/SQL Server environments, to deliver scalable reports and drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in information technology, information systems, business analytics, business administration or a directly related field from an accredited college or university.
• Four or more years of experience in reporting, business intelligence or healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

• Understand report requirements and build reports that function as desired.
• Performs analysis, development, and testing of complex reporting solutions.
• Build strong working relationships with users and team members, including Directors and above.
• Manage multiple independent complex activities and timelines of solution delivery.
• Participate in project working groups with team members, users, analysts, clinicians, and SHC leadership.
• Recommend leading edge solutions to meet expressed and future needs.
