Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program.
• Minimum of 8 years of job-related experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Experience with Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of small to medium healthcare projects.
• Support project teams on large projects.
• Direct consultant and technical teams to ensure design excellence.
• Develop timelines with Project Executive and Project Manager and meet deadlines.
• Prepare and review deliverables, coordinating production staff and consultants.
• Supervise code analysis and verify zoning requirements.
• Facilitate design discussions with internal and external teams.
• Develop and present client presentations.
